Brett Griffith conducted a 2 day workshop on manufacturing improvement for our factory management and supervisory staff. I was one of 15 participants in this workshop. The subject matter covered improvement techniques like Lean Manufacturing , VAM and other best practice techniques to which most of our staff had not previously been exposed.
Brett delivered the material in an interactive, easy-to-understand and relaxed way. Our participants were kept focused throughout the workshop. Each topic concluded with group and individual exercises aimed at embedding the material presented. In speaking with some of the participants in the days following the workshop, their feedback was unanimous in that they enjoyed the experience, the way the workshop was conducted and had learned valuable techniques that they could begin applying to their day-to-day work.
